Its heavy-duty, metal construction and lockable, tamper-resistant metal case make this timer durable. The Time Switch is easy to install with its 1/2 and 3/4 " knockouts, and simple to set. It includes a manual override switch. We recommend that this product be installed by a licensed electrician.

For indoor and outdoor use.  Each metal box comes with ½â€ and ¾â€ knockouts. Follow the pictures below to remove knockouts.

For ½â€ knockout place small blade screw driver as pictured. Tap lightly to punch knockout loose.

For ¾â€ knockout first use screwdriver to punchout ½â€ knockout then use pliers to remove outer ring.
